步骤 1:设置第一个工作流触发器
导航到Mambasms中的自动化模块并创建新工作流
选择“废弃订单”作为工作流程触发器
对于过滤器,可以选择订单金额/购买产品作为特定条件。
注意:如果您未指定,则触发操作将适用于所有废弃订单
如需要针对特定的国家发送,在受众过滤中进行增加,如未选择默认所有国家
接下来确认流程的退出条件:
额外功能:如果您不想用户在短时间内频繁进入自动化流程,可以设置进入流程的频率。(此流程比较少设置,如产品的特性客户会频繁产生弃单则可以进行配置)
步骤 2:设置流程步骤和时间节点
在设置首次提醒邮件/短信之前,您需要给客户足够的时间来完成购买,然后充分确认他们已放弃结账再向他们发送提醒。
我们建议您在用户开始结账后的15分钟内发送您的第一条提醒邮件,然后在 4-6小时内发送第一条提醒短信或第二封提醒邮件,第三封邮件可以在24小时后发送优惠折扣券邮件,第四封则在2天后发送折扣券到期提醒。
但每个企业会有所不同,因此您需要合理调整发送时间以便更适合您。

废弃的购物车电子邮件包含相当简单的消息传递。以下是总体结构的概述:
- 醒目的主题行

- 结束行。
